Falls Lake is a collection of recreation accesses, not one beach reached through the visitor center. Day visitors can choose Beaverdam, Rolling View or Sandling Beach for designated swimming. Pick an entrance before leaving home and check its operating hours and current notices.
Three public access options
Beaverdam is at 14600 Creedmoor Road in Wake Forest, while Sandling Beach is across the road at 14601 Creedmoor Road. Rolling View is at 4201 Baptist Road in Durham. The park information center at 13304 Creedmoor Road is a different destination. There is no verified requirement to stop there before visiting a beach.
